RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes things might go wrong, and we’re here to help ensure that you receive your order as expected.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime before the order is dispatched to you, and if you do we will refund 100% of any payment we have received from you for that order.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date we dispatch your order to you to return an item to us. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unopened and be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still be sealed in the original packaging and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please also email your request for replacement or refund (which ever you wish) to orders@blackinsomnia.coffee and Include the following details:
- Order number.
- Complaint or description why you wish a replacement or refund.
- If possible include pictures of the product highlighting the issue at hand.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item subject to the instructions above and your request for a replacement or refund, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after validating your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 8 working days of us receiving your return, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
