**Due to the COVID-19 pandemic some orders may take longer to arrive as shipping companies are experiencing delays across the country**

  • We ship using USPS, Fedex, UPS and select other regional options. Depending on your order size and location we will use the best available option to get your coffee to your door quickly.
  • All domestic US orders totaling $35 or greater ship free.
  • Orders under $35 offer a flat rate of $4.95 per order for standard shipping.
  • Black Insomnia processes orders as soon as they are received and typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Since we process orders quickly, cancellations or changes will need to be emailed to within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • You will received a confirmation email at checkout and tracking will be emailed to you once the item ships.
  • Our coffee can be shipped to all 50 states, D.C., Puerto Rico and Guam.
  • Military: We do ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Please make sure to include all relevant delivery info to assure your package arrives.
  • We also ship to Mexico, Canada and select other locations. If your country is available it will be shown on the check out screen when you select your ship to country.
  • International orders: Customers are expected to pay all import and customs duties that may apply to their orders.

Need to cancel or edit your order? Orders can be cancelled with 100% refund within the first two hours after placing your order. We work quickly to process and ship orders and this ensures we can communicate with our warehouse to cancel or edit an order. To edit/cancel your order please email


Return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date your item is marked delivered. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unopened and be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still be sealed in the original packaging. Please include your packing slip or proof of purchase to ensure quick processing at our warehouse.

Please also email your request for replacement or refund (which ever you wish) to and Include the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Description why you wish a replacement or refund.
  • If possible include pictures of the product highlighting the issue at hand.

IMPORTANT: Returns shipped without prior contact with our customer service may be declined or take much longer to process. Please do not simply ship the item back without contacting our customer service team. We will issue a return address for quick processing.
